GANGS OF MID-ATLANTIC

Ken competed in his first crossfit competition this past weekend with a team from our box and the girls and I went to go cheer him on.  There was another team from our box that also competed and it was great to see them work their butts off, and it was awesome to do it with all the people who came out to support them. It was exciting! I took some footage and Ken made this video to capture the day's events.
