It's been quiet on the blog front because we had a wedding this past weekend and then went straight into vacation mode for a couple of days down in Virginia Beach. I have so many words in my head that there may be a flood of posts in the next few days, or maybe I will just continue to be in vacation mode and save the tower of words for another time and place. So much has happened in these past few weeks, the most important of those being that my youngest sister got hitched to a sincere, funny, and Romanian guy named Val. I learned so much about my sister throughout these past few months of watching and helping her plan and I gotta say I am one proud big sister. She continues to surprise me with her big heart, strength, resolve and creativity, and even though this next step in life is a big one, I feel more confident than ever that she will be all the better and brighter for it.
