the best pancakes in richmond

Somehow, the best pancakes in Richmond are found in a small hole-in-the wall place called Moore Street Cafe near our place in Scott's Addition.   This is the kind of place that we would have probably never tried if it wasn't two blocks from our place, but I love breakfast, and sometimes when we want to be fancy with our weekdays, we get up extra early before work and go to Moore's to get a hearty breakfast.  Neither K. nor I are huge lovers of pancakes, so it's a nice surprise when a pancake is really tasty.  Unfortunately, this place is only open Mon-Fri from 6AM to 2:30PM, so if you are working folk, this may be hard to swing. But if you have the time, and the hankering after a really well-made pancake, now you know!
