Simple fall dish with butternut squash

I love this dish because it is super hearty, autum-themed, and really
easy to put together. Here's what I did (adapted from Tasty Kitchen):

1 butternut squash

1 large sweet potato

3/4 lb of red potatoes

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 lb of sausage - (I used regular italian sausage but i recommend
chicken sausage)

Olive oil, fresh or dried rosemary, italian seasoning, garlic powder,
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut potatoes, sweet potato, squash,
onion, and sausage into small 1 inch pieces. Mix them all together in
a bowl with all of the seasonings and place them on a baking sheet
lined with parchment paper and bake. Toss once or twice during the
30-35 minutes and bake until potoates are cooked. We ate it with rice
pilaf, but you could also eat this with some sauteed kale or maybe
even some whole grain pasta. If you've prepared more than you are
going to eat that day, this is a good dish to freeze before putting it
into the oven, for a quick bake on another day.
